I have worked with tweens, adolescence, adults and families since 2010. My experience includes working with people that have had hardships and experiences in their life that are holding them back from reaching their full potential. My goal is to provide a safe and healthy environment centered on your needs and disposition where you can begin to explore core issues, learn new skills and develop tools for success.
My style is empathetic, fun and creative. I believe that we all have our own strengths that can empower and transform our lives. Sometimes when life throws us curve balls we swing only to foul out. It’s in these times that we need support and coaching to evaluate our situation and identify what needs to change in order for us to win the game.
I work from a solution focused perspective and client centered approach. I am well versed in several therapeutic techniques to meet you where you are at and help you discover your authentic self. My personality is encouraging, supportive, and direct when necessary.
Over the last 12 years I found working with Tweens, adolescents and adults in inpatient and outpatient settings is what I enjoy the most. Utilizing cognitive behavior therapy, art therapy and mindfulness techniques will help reduce physical and emotional symptoms. I was honored to see so many of these
individuals to find hope in some of their darkest times.
A little about me I am a PADI Scuba diver, I love discovering the sea creatures with my husband. Our favorite place to dive is Maui. We love traveling with our 2 boys, this includes outdoor "glamping" in our RV in the beautiful Northwest. I love art and music and I am a big Disney fan. My favorite character is Ariel.
